Join Eve Ensler, Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney, Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky and Congresswoman Gwen Moore for a reception to kick off DC’s events for One Billion Rising!

One Billion Rising is a worldwide action on or around February 14 each year where we rise, dance and speak out for an end to the cruel discrimination against girls and women, boys and men who are experiencing or have survived violence worldwide.  This year we are “rising for justice” and demanding equality and freedom from political, economic, legal and sexual violence which demeans and oppresses our beloveds, our communities, our earth.
